ParkWise was created in 1997 to stimulate economic development within the ParkWise area by creating a partnership between the City and the community that efficiently and creatively utilizes parking resources to improve the overall accessibility of the region.  The ParkWise program is responsible for focusing, coordinating, and supporting the City's role in parking and associated issues.

The ParkWise Office, a division of the General Services Department, is responsible for on-street parking, 6 parking garages and 5 lots in the Downtown area. The division also manages both resident and non-resident permit parking programs within the ParkWise boundaries.

• Pennington St. Garage located at 110 E. Pennington (Entrance off of Scott Ave.)
• Plaza Centro located at 345 E. Congress
• Depot Plaza located at 45 N. 5th Ave
• Main Library located at 101 N. Stone  (Entrance off of Alameda St.)
• City / State located at 498 W. Congress
• La Entrada (Water) located at 310 W. Alameda

City Parking Lots include:    

• Catalina Lot, Franklin Lot, Paseo Redondo Lot, and City Hall South Lot
